Our sessions provide a balanced and engaging platform for players to express their unique style, sharpen their technique, grow in confidence, and develop leadership on and off the field.
Session Times
Monday to Saturday · 120 minutes per session
When does the programme take place?
Group Coaching runs on a monthly basis – dates and times can be arranged with the coach that are suitable for both of you.

An annual registration fee is payable when you join, which covers admin costs and includes your official BISA T-shirt and Cap.

Missed sessions won’t be refunded or made up unless cancelled with at least 24 hours' notice.
Weather-related cancellations will be rescheduled.
